Terms and Conditions for Angel Therapy Services

Welcome to Angel Therapy! Our services are designed to offer you convenience and flexibility, with sessions available via Zoom, WhatsApp, or Skype. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your session. Bookings not paid for within 24 hours of booking will be automatically cancelled .

1. Service Platforms:

All sessions can be conducted in-person or through Zoom, WhatsApp, or Skype, providing flexibility to meet your preferences and needs.

3.International Bookings & Time Zones:

Our booking system automatically detects your location and displays all available appointments in your local time zone at the time of booking.

All times are shown in a 24-hour clock format.

For example:

1:30 a.m.
13:30 pm

Please ensure you carefully review your selected time before confirming your appointment.

Angel Therapy cannot accept responsibility for sessions missed due to incorrect interpretation of time zones or 24-hour clock format. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the scheduled time as displayed.

If you are travelling, using a VPN, or booking from a different location than where you will attend the session, please double-check your confirmation email.

Clients are responsible for any banking fees associated with international payments. PayPal ,WISE SNAP SCAN , are all available for international transfers .

4.Client Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details and other information are accurate on the client form. Please double-check your details to avoid any issues with your booking.

5. Appointment No-Shows:

If you are not present within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in the appointment being cancelled and the fee charged in full.

6. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:

Providing advance notice of any changes enables rescheduling and allows the session to be offered to others in need. This helps maintain continuity of care and supports the operational needs of the practice.

To maintain fairness and efficient scheduling, the following policies apply:

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Requirements:

Scheduled appointments require cancellation and rescheduling during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; Saturday, 9am – 1pm) and atleast 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. This includes public holidays. For example, a 1pm Tuesday appointment must be canceled and rescheduled by 1pm the day before, unless it’s a public holiday.

7.1. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or outside office hours will be charged in full.

7.2. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper rescheduling will result in automatic charging of the full session fee.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. If payment is not received, within 24 hours of booking . The bookings will automatically be cancelled .

No third party bookings allowed unless for a minor. If you wish to gift a session, please contact Sammi at bookings to obtain a gift voucher.
